Business ownership isn't just for the rich anymore. It's interesting that you say your book is for people who are budget constrained and for people who are just engaging in 21st century commerce (utilizing the tools we have before us i.e. new economy). Although, $500 is a small amount of money I can see how its possible now. Liz, let me know when you start your baking show.

JTruman,
I would do a little geo arbitrage to find cash flush foreigners that want classic American cars. The weak dollar has put all U.S. goods on sale and American sellers are going to want to make some deals. Try to get cars under contract or option them and then go find a buyer. Or even better, find a buyer, then find a car. You get to set your own commission. You should easily be able to pull $5k per car and meet some cool people in the process.
You can find alot of the deals on your computer and you can offer a few hundred dollars as a finders fee to broke people in the car world to help you ferret out deals. My guess is that this would be alot more fun and rewarding than standing on a car lot waiting for people that detest salesman.
Good luck

Your videos explaining what we're going through during this Recession were also really good. In your book you say we're seeing a shift from the old economy to the new, online business is the way to go but what about a person in the service industry? How can a car salesman make money? I need additonal income...things are slowing down.

@ Big Daddy,
I just recorded the first podcast. Its on the blog and the members page. I will be releasing more every week to help crystalize the ideas in the book.

@ Liz,
Glad you liked it. If you need a cookie tester...

Thanks Ben!
Things in Michigan been really hard. It's really nice to find someone who's got a real solution. I appreciate the book and the video you sent on starting an internet tv station was awesome. The budget helped alot. I love to cook. Especially bake. You've got my wheels turning. Maybe I will do a cooking show. Thx.

Saw you man in an interview so I decided to check it out. Been busy but I got through part 1 of your book and it's right on. I've got a problem reading things on my computer screen any chance of you releasing your book in audio so I can listen to it on my way to work? I've got an hour commute. About $100 to fill up with these gas prices and it feels like its everyday. Would appreciate the extra help.
